We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

The refund amount will reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Cancellation of COD Orders

COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD facility for future orders.
4. Cancellation by Alvaro Castagnino
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

Product unavailability

Pricing or listing errors

Payment issues
-
Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund (if applicable) will be processed without any deductions.
5. No Cancellation After Dispatch

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will be governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.
