Refund policy

At Alvaro Castagnino, we take pride in the quality of our products. Each item is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged.

  • The product is defective.

  • The product received is incorrect.

⚠️ Returns are accepted for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or styling choice, but in this case, reverse shipping charges (99/-) will be borne by the customer.

2. Return Request Timeline

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.

  • Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will make the return invalid.

4. How to Raise a Return Request

Please email us at online@alvarocastagnino.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images/videos of the product showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

5. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

  • The refund will reflect in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • If you already paid for the product and your return is approved after a quality check from our representative, the product cost will be refunded to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that government taxes and shipping costs on returns are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

  • If a product was purchased using a discount code, promotional offer, or sale price, the refund or exchange value will be based on the final amount paid after applying the discount.
  • Free gifts or complimentary items received as part of a promotional offer must be returned along with the product. If not returned, the MRP of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please provide your bank or UPI details to online@alvarocastagnino.com along with the courier receipt for swift refunds and case resolution.  

  • If you didn’t receive refunds even after 15 business days of our return approval, please contact us by sending an email or giving a call on +91 90536 66242 without any further delay.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Customized or personalized products (unless damaged or defective).

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

  • In cases where a refund is approved without a valid defect or error, reverse shipping charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The customer may choose to self-ship, or a reverse pickup will be arranged by Alvaro Castagnino at a flat fee of Rs 99/-.
