                                                           SHIPPING POLICY 

At Alvaro Castagnino, we ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. Exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.

DELIVERY TIME
Minimum: 3 days
Maximum: 15 days

Registered customers can check their order status from the MY ORDER page. Non-registered customers will receive timely e-mails stating their order status.

Note: Working days do not include Sundays & Public Holidays as prescribed by the Govt. of India

• Orders will be delivered by a reputable courier agency between 10A.M to 6P.M. Any complaint regarding delay, deficiency, etc. shall be the sole responsibility of the said courier agency.
• Delays occurring due to unforeseen events such as unavailability of the recipient, administrative & political instability in your region, extreme weather conditions, natural calamities, the destination custom clearance process, etc. are not warranted under the provisions of the shipping policy.
• The shipping period of 10 working days is not applicable to remote and interior locations with limited/minimal accessibility.

Obligations on Delivery

• No redirection or change of address will be entertained once the order is dispatched.
• Orders will be processed subject to the availability of the product.
• Free shipping will be valid only for order values above 999.
  
• A shipping charge of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
• The handling of undelivered packages will be subject to the “Alvaro Castagnino Brand of NATIONAL COTTAGE INDUSTRIES” discretion.

SHIPPING ATTEMPTS

• A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made by the courier agency.
• If you do not contact the carrier post the 1st delivery attempt, the second delivery attempt will automatically be scheduled on the next working day free of charge.
• Note: For premium delivery options, you can contact the carrier. Additional charges may apply.
• Alvaro Castagnino insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. The receiver has to provide his signature at the time of delivery at which confirms the transfer of responsibility and ownership of the consignment.
• “Alvaro Castagnino Brand of NATIONAL COTTAGE INDUSTRIES” reserves the right to refuse the processing of an order and its shipping if the order placement is found to be an attempt to violate any of the business policies that may or may not be mentioned in part or whole herein.
• An order may have multiple products; however, a single order can be shipped only to a single destination address. Products from the same order cannot be shipped to more than one address.
• In case of multiple delivery destinations, individual orders will have to be placed for the products.
• On dispatch, an Airway Bill (AWB) / Tracking No. generated will be emailed to the customer.
• It will be our endeavor to ship all products in your order together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and availability.
• We do not accept shipping to P.O. Box addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please be sure to inspect the package(s) upon delivery. This will help you with a smooth refund or exchange of the products ordered from Alvaro Castagnino in case any issue arises. 

Report damaged or lost shipments to us within 48 hours after the product is delivered right to you.

You can claim an order cancellation, replacement, or refund straight from your logged-in panel, or contact us to lodge your request.

If the outer packaging appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and inform us immediately.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available for all orders.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee:
  A non-refundable COD convenience fee of ₹49 is applicable on all cash-on-delivery orders. This fee is charged to cover additional handling and courier costs associated with COD shipments

Prepaid Orders

• Prepaid orders are processed with priority.
