Exchange Policy

At Alvaro Castagnino, we ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. Exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The product received is incorrect

  • Change of mind

  • Color or design preference

  • Styling or fit issues

2. Exchange Request Timeline

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

3. Product Condition

For an exchange to be approved:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.

  • Products showing signs of use or damage will be rejected.

4. Exchange Process

  • To request an exchange, email us at [online@alvarocastagnino.com] with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images/videos showing the issue.

    • Brief description of the problem.

  • Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

5. Exchange Terms

  • Exchange is allowed for the same product or another product of equal value, subject to stock availability.

  • If the exchanged product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

  • If the exchanged product is of lower value, the balance amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.

  • Exchanges will be processed only after the product is received and passes quality inspection.

6. Reverse Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by Alvaro Castagnino for approved exchange cases at a flat price of (150/-).

  • If a customer chooses to return the product on their own, they may self-ship the item to our return address after receiving return approval from our team.
  • No reverse shipping charges will be applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Exchange pickup is subject to the serviceability of the customer’s location.

7. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or personalized products (unless damaged or defective).

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
