• We ensure timely delivery within 3 to 15 days based on item(s) availability and circumstances.
• All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. 
• A standard delivery fee may apply on order values below Rs. 999.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) is available with a minimum order value worth INR 499/-.
• A non-refundable convenience fee of Rs.49 is applicable on all COD orders.

A return or exchange must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. We accept the return or exchange request only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and that with the original tag and packaging. However, in case of raising a return request due to change of mind, color preference, or styling choice, customers have to pay a shipping fee (150/-).
